Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Return Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our food products (ready-to-eat mixes, powders, etc.), we do not accept returns once the products have been successfully delivered. However, if you receive a damaged package or an incorrect item, we are committed to making it right.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at easykitchen1980@gmail.com with photographic proof. Upon verification, we will issue a replacement or initiate a full refund.
3. Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our facility (typically within 12-24 hours). Once an order has been handed over to the courier partner, cancellations will unfortunately no longer be accepted.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the credited amount in your account statement.
